Diverse Music

I have a wide range of interests, music being one of them. I do think it’s weird to say that “music” is one of my interests, but I can’t think of any better way of saying it. I’m not interested in the history or compositions of one specific artist or genre, instead I’m interested in curating as wide and eclectic a taste in music as I can. I often find people who have completely shut themselves out of listening to more than one genre.

Procrastination

In my experience, lots of people claim to be procrastinators who really aren’t. This epidemic of false procrastinators makes it harder for us real-deal procrastinators to find help or a supportive community.
Seriously, procrastination seems to be one of the most talked about yet still taboo problems in our world today. Talking about how you stayed up all last night to start on a project is almost a badge of honor, but is rarely true, at least in my experience.

Choosing Products

I love buying things. Additionally, I love high quality products. I am frightened by the new rise of cheaply made products that have infiltrated our daily lives, as many others are, but I still remain hopeful. I think there are still outlets on this world where you can find quality products. In this post, I want to outline my process for finding such products and how I select options when shopping.

The Handmaid's Tale: Why So Dark?

I just started watching The Handmaid’s Tale (not really, I started almost a year ago but stopped after 4 episodes). I like the almost sci-fi story and the chilling dystopia. There are just a few things stopping me from binging the entire show. Firstly, WHY IS EVERY SCENE SO DARK??? In almost every other indoor scene, it is impossible to see characters or hear dialogue (another problem). I find this frustrating, since the outdoor scenes look so good.

Learning

I love learning, but I’m not good at it.
It’s true! I love the idea of pouring hours into a subject and becoming better at it over time. I love knowledge and collecting information about disparate topics. I even like doing the work of learning myself. My only problem is that I may love learning too much.
I will often get the urge to learn something: sometimes because of necessity and other times simply for pleasure.
